Sea Band Review

So you might be wondering what the Sea Band is. Well, at first I didn't know anything about it either. When I was given more information about it, I really wanted to try it because it could be a great benefit for me.

Sea Bands are bands that you wear around your wrists that will help with nausea, morning sickness, and motion sickness. I was first introduced to Sea Bands not to long after I found out I was pregnant, so I wanted to take up the opportunity since I figured I would have really bad morning sickness like I did with my other pregnanices.

These bands are really small, and when I took them out of their case I was thinking, 'how are these going to fit me?' But they stretch enough to fit over even the largest wrists. They were pretty tight and actually made my wrists start itching after a bit of wearing them. I did wear them all day and did not encounter a single feeling of wanting to get sick. Before receiving them, I got felt nauseated a few times a day.

So now you might wonder how the Sea-Bands work. Just think acupressure. These bands have a small plastic stud that puts pressure against your Nei-Kuan point. Using these bands are a better and healthier choice instead of using anti-nausea drugs. These can be worn by adults and children.

Where to buy (USA and UK): Sea-Band
Price: $9.99 for 1 pair
